ACADEMY POLICY

PAYMENT PLAN

A payment plan is available for those who prefer to pay course fees in installments. We currently offer Afterpay or Klarna as options. Please note that no discount or coupon code is applicable when using the payment plans.

REFUND POLICY

Course fees paid to The Mona Cut Academy are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY

Students must make rescheduling updates at least 14 days before the scheduled course date. All course fees paid can be credited towards a future class offering. Credit will be valid for up to 18 months. If updates or redemptions are not made within this timeframe, course fees paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable. All requests for updates should be submitted to The Mona Cut Academy via academy@themonacut.com.

 

CERTIFICATION OVERVIEW

  • Earn Your Badge: Successfully complete an Icon Course to receive a unique badge representing your accomplishment.

  • Showcase Your Badge: Wear it proudly or display it on your workstation as a symbol of your expertise.

  • Stylist Directory Inclusion: Gain recognition by being added to The Mona Cut Academy™ Stylist Directory upon earning a badge.

  • Achieve All Five Icons: Complete all five Icon Courses to unlock the ultimate reward—a personalized portfolio experience with our team to celebrate and showcase your artistry.
